Driving Innovation with Volvo Group

MODULATIO is collaborating with Volvo Group, through the innovation hub CampX, on a Proof of Value project aimed at developing future transport solutions.
Together, we will integrate our biomimetic technology into structural parts, enabling the casting of lattice structures that deliver the same mechanical properties as traditional cast components, while drastically reducing weight and environmental impact.
The first phase of the Proof of Value project will run until Q2 2026.
Modulatio closes a strategic 3-month collaboration through the Orano x WILCO program!

After three months of immersion, the 5th edition of the Immersive Startup Orano x WILCO program has come to an end, bringing together 9 DeepTech startups and Orano teams around a shared objective: combining industrial and innovation-driven expertise to accelerate each participant’s trajectory. Throughout the program, startups were able to test their solutions against real operational challenges, benefit from demanding hands-on mentorship, and refine their strategies for industrialization, scalability, and market positioning. Orano’s teams, in turn, strengthened their agility, challenged their own methods, and experienced a concrete immersion within the startup ecosystem. Modulatio took part in this collective dynamic, marked by knowledge sharing, skill development, and the opening of new perspectives for all participants.
Signing of the strategic partnership with GCC CONSTRUCTION / ENERGY / REAL ESTATE

Yesterday, François TESTE du BAILLER, Chairman of the GCC Executive Board, and Romuald VIGIER, our Founder, signed a partnership agreement to transform the construction sector. Together, we are developing the floor slab of the future, an innovation inspired by nature: MODULA’DALLE. This revolutionary project utilises lattice structures with varying densities, enabling material savings of 50 to 70 per cent compared with conventional solutions.

To recognise a company that has developed and brought an innovation to market. That is the whole point of the “Elles innovent” category. In this category, Modulatio has come out on top. Ximena Walerstein, a biomechanics specialist, and Romuald Vigier, who works in industrial product design, discovered they shared a common interest: combating the overconsumption of raw materials at every level. So they decided to set up the start-up, which is currently based at Aux’R Green Lab.
